I wrote WITHIN during Covid Quarantine as Lanny was rounding in TM meditation for hours upon end and turning our little home into a floating blisss bubble. This song was a love song to him and our intertwined souls united in the unbounded infinite. We lost Lanny in 2023 suddenly and I wrote FEELS BAD TO FEEL GOOD in the days and weeks that followed.
